| | The Vanuatu Tourism Office with assistance from AusAID is seeking to contract a brand manager, a position to be located within VTO, to manage Vanuatu’s new brand and marketing campaign. | | 1) The position will have management oversight of the progress of the marketing campaign, the creative and media agency contracts as well as other aspects of AusAID’s support to VTO |
| | 2) The role will include preparation and development of a 3 year rolling plan for future marketing campaign for the VTO, coordination of key stakeholders involved in the implementation of the marketing campaign; liaise between the industry and VTO with matters relating to the new brand and campaign, and manage design and media contracts on behalf of the VTO. |

| | Criteria: |
| | - Have completed a first degree in marketing, tourism, management, economics or other relevant field; Must have at least 3 years in project management experience, preferably in a consumer marketing |
| | environment, ideally within the travel industry; Desirable to have previous experience in the design and implementation of marketing campaigns |
| | - Must have strong organisational skills; Must be computer literate in microsoft office applications; Must be able to work within a team environment; Experience in supervision of staff; Report writing skills |
| | - Ability to work long hours and weekends as required by the position. |
