| | - The ideal candidate will probably be at least an Execute Assistant Manager of a four star plus operation and will possess all the necessary management skills including a strong focus and solid understanding |

| | - They will be financially astute, be literate in Room Master, and relish the challenge of working with a young management team to develop the hotel to its full potential |
| | - They will be experienced in training and mentoring, and will have real experience in small to medium sized properties in a variety of markets |
