As a Kids Club Attendant you are responsible to ensure that all Kids Club responsibilities are carried out in an efficient and timely manner and your role will include key responsibilities such as:

1. Create a safe environment for all children attending the kids club / crèche
2. Ensure all parents fill in the registration form for their children correctly, containing the history of the child

6. Promote guest activities and events

10. Assist with planning and developing Kids Club, sport and recreation programs in order to ensure that activities and events are made available for all Resort guest
11. Administer recreation programs to ensure that programs are delivered within guidelines and budgets
12. Promote recreation and sport programs in order to ensure that guests are aware of available opportunities and activities
13. Perform other related duties and assignment as required by the Management.
14. From time to time, you will be expected to assist in the gift shop, assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for; responsible for processing cash and card payments; stocking shelves with merchandise; balancing cash registers with receipts; keeping the store tidy and clean; attach price tags to merchandise on the shop floor; receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock; keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.

The Head Housekeeper will play a crucial role in the factory by ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in production equipment, machines, and work areas within the facility. They will collaborate with other staff, and lead the cleaning team, to maintain food safety and workspace cleanliness.

 

Selection Criteria:

• Responsible for directing Crew/Supervisor(s) during the week for cleaning/sanitizing  duties (10-15 employees)
• Manages the factory custodial and waste removal service
• Manages responsibilities across multiple shifts
• Responsible for ordering cleaning supplies and chemicals as needed
• Studies production schedules and estimates hours required by associate to complete job assignment
• Reviews company policies with associates and enforces safety regulations
• Responsible to ensure all areas of the site are maintained at high sanitation levels
• Participate, drive, improve, and sustain Food Safety & Sanitation Activities at the site
• Ensure all scheduled cleaning processes are completed correctly, legibly and in a timely manner
• Conduct self-inspections after cleaning to ensure cleanliness

Job Desctiption:

Reporting to the Customer Service Director, the RM will directly supervise all front office personnel and ensure proper completion of all Resort front office duties.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the entire Front Office process of the Resort.
• Responsible for maintaining good guest relations within the Resort.
• Expect and react promptly to guests' requirements and enquires
• Actively listen and resolve guests' complaints
• Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests (VIPs, SAs etc)
• Formulate budgets and prepare monthly revenue/expense forecasts
• Maintain customer service/satisfaction standards; handle customer service issues;
• Maintain and operate all computer equipment
• Supervise, roster, and train Front Office staff including security and boat drivers.
• Ensure Daily postings and Direct billings are accurate and timely
• Ensure the Resorts pricing policies are adhered to
• Implement yield management principles to ensure the Resorts average room rate and occupancy levels are maintained at the highest possible levels
• Perform the timely completion of Month End and ad hoc rooms reporting as required by the Customer Service Director, General Manager, or department heads.

 

Selection Criteria:

• Minimum of four years of hotel front desk management experience, experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks
• Knowledge of Room Master hotel system an advantage
