Job Desctiption:

The Communications, Alumni and Events (CAE) Officer has key responsibility for implementing APTC's Communication Strategy in Vanuatu and Nauru to build awareness and promote APTC's positive image.

The CAE Officer will work with relevant teams under the direction of the Country Director to achieve consistency in brand promotion and to ensure that key messages are well coordinated and delivered to the highest standards across print and electronic communication.

 

Selection Criteria:

1. Preferably a Degree in Journalism, Media/Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or relevant post-secondary qualification.
2. Experience working in a communication, marketing/PR role or in a related field.
3. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with an eye for detail.
4. Demonstrated skills and knowledge in the use of MS Office programs to an advanced level including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, and demonstrated ability in the use of graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite.
5. Experience in establishing priorities, organising high volume workloads, achieving objectives and meeting tight deadlines.

 

Salary:

Vuv 2,018,589 per annum, inclusive of 4% superannuation.

Job Desctiption:

We currently have an opportunity for a Team Leader Information Communication Technology (ICT) to join the Fund.

Reporting to the Executive Manager Finance, Investment and Property the position will enable the successful candidate to provide assurance to the Management and Board on the effectiveness to lead and co-ordinate all activities within the Information and communication Technology Department with the aim to develop information systems by promoting the use of best practice ICT standards within the fund.

Key outcomes:

• Managing the ICT department to ensure smooth operation of the ICT services including branch offices
• Effectively plan and efficiently manage a departmental budget
• ICT trouble shooting to ensure ICT network and hardware are up running
• Managing complex ICT infrastructure
• Managing ICT Projects
• Produce timely reports to the Management and Board of Directors
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager
