Job Description | 
| 
• Provide accurate
  information on the bank's products and services to customers • Proactively engage customers at every opportunity to identify immediate and long term needs • Escalate and follow-up customer issues and complaints • Use appropriate technologies and processes to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer enquires | 
| 
Selection Criteria | 
| 
• Previous customer
  service experience with a track record of exceeding customers’ expectations  • Banking product knowledge and must be innovative, show initiative and desire to learn • Well-developed communication skills, including being fluent in Bislama and English both Written and Verbal (French an advantage) • Demonstrate an ability to develop strong partnerships with Customers • Driver’s license desirable |
