We are pleased to announce that Bank South Pacific (Vanuatu) Limited will expand its Retail Banking Services and is now looking for experienced and competent individuals to fill in the position of Customer Service Representative for its Malekula and Port Vila Second branch. Reporting directly to the Head of Retail and Marketing, the successful applicant must demonstrate a high standard of professional support to the Retail Team in each location.

Job Description
|
• Provide accurate
information on the bank's products and services to customers
• Proactively engage customers at every opportunity to identify immediate and long term needs • Escalate and follow-up customer issues and complaints • Use appropriate technologies and processes to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer enquires |
Selection Criteria
|
• Previous customer
service experience with a track record of exceeding customers’ expectations
• Banking product knowledge and must be innovative, show initiative and desire to learn • Well-developed communication skills, including being fluent in Bislama and English both Written and Verbal (French an advantage) • Demonstrate an ability to develop strong partnerships with Customers • Driver’s license desirable |
