Duties and responsibilities:

1) Responsible and assist the chairman of the VCC in the supervision of the general work of the VCC mission and in particular the secretariat office

3) Assist in the general pastoral oversight of VCC in Vanuatu and with VCC partners abroad

4) Prepare agendas and related documents and record all proceedings of the VCC executive committee and business sessions

5) Present a report to all business sessions of the VCC, and the VCC executive committee

6) Assist the VCC chairman in implementing the operating policies of the VC within Vanuatu

7) Assist the VCC chairman in implementing decisions taken by the executive committee of the VCC supervising the operation of the institution of VCC, and in the direction and coordination of the activities of VCC to be implemented by the member churches as well as the VCC staff.
