Job Desctiption:

The Finance Manager at Ocean Logistics Ltd is responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations to ensure strong financial performance and compliance. The role includes managing budgets, preparing financial reports, monitoring cash flow, and controlling costs across tug and barge operations. The Finance Manager also handles payroll, tax and statutory obligations, and supports audits while ensuring accurate record keeping. In addition, the position provides strategic financial advice to management, helps with planning and forecasting, and works closely with operational teams to improve efficiency and profitability.

 

Selection Criteria:

The Finance Manager at Ocean Logistics Ltd must hold a relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least five years' experience in a senior finance role; professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is an advantage. The role requires strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and cost control, ideally within the logistics, marine, or shipping industry. The successful candidate must demonstrate sound knowledge of tax, payroll, VAT, statutory compliance, and audit processes, along with proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively supervise finance staff and collaborate with operational teams. The position also demands excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to provide strategic financial guidance to support informed management decision-making.

Joining our culinary team means playing a pivotal role in elevating our dining standards, shaping unforgettable moments, and contributing to the vibrant energy that defines our resort.

 

Selection Criteria:

• Station Management: Responsible for all mise-en-place (prep) and execution of dishes within their assigned section.
• Cooking and Quality Control: Preparing and presenting dishes to resort standards, including garnishing and portion control.
• Supervision: Leading and training Commis Chefs and trainees within their section.
• Inventory and Stock: Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies for their section, and ensuring proper storage.
• Hygiene and Safety: Maintaining a clean, safe workstation and adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaboration: Working with the Sous Chef/Head Chef on menu development and assisting other sections during service.

NOTE:  We will organize the applicant's food trial and then proceed with confirmation.
