Job Desctiption:
Quality Control HACCP Process Manager
Selection Criteria:
• Experience in production scheduling related to product manufacture.
• Experience with inventory and stock management
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including experience
• Data management and analysis skills
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice, HACCP, Food Safety and Quality Standards
• Familiarity with Australian Food Standard Code & FDA requirements
• Perform in-process inspections at all stages of production
• Shelf-life assessment
• Performing quality tests
• Raw Material monitoring and assessment
• Maintaining and calibrating production instruments and equipment
• Control of non-conforming product – hold, rework, reassess, reject
• Monitoring outgoing products
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to work unsupervised and with cross functional team
• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
• Solid work ethic, reliable, honest and trustworthy
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Current driver's licence
