Job Description:
Lope Lope Lodge in Santo is looking for a Head Chef to
join our Team at Lope Lope Lodge. Qualified Chef with Certificate 3 in
professional cookery or higher.

|
Criteria:
- Plan menus for Bar, Restaurant and Room service
(takeaway/home delivery)
- Ensures that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are
maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times
- Develops standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation
- Creation, training, costings on weekly specials based on seasonal fruit and
veggies
- Qualified Chef with Certificate 3 in professional cookery or higher
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage, train and develop talent
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Banquet, event experience
- Baking experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Stock control, weekly stock-takes
- Passion and ability to drive and motivate the kitchen team.
