Job Description:
The public Service Commission wishes to recruit a qualified person to fill the Position of Livestock Disease Control Officer- Santo, Luganville, in the Department of Livestock within the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Forestry, Fisheries & Bio-security.

Criteria:
- Must have a Diploma in Animal Diseases Diagnostic
- Experience at least 3 year in Livestock
- Demonstrated ability to establish livestock disease monitoring system in the country
- Proven experience in animal husbandry practice research and report writing
- Have a good Management and Budgetary skills
- Have a good animal husbandry practices skills
- Artificial Insemination skills
- Negotiation and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated capacity to write letter and reports
- Ability to understand government related legislation
- A good organizational skills and good leadership skills
- Be a good computer literate
- Analytical, Practical, Logical and creative thinker
- Very good interpersonal skills and attitude
- Have a good character, competent and trustworthy person.
