| | Due to the departure of one of our senior staff to work on the cruise ships. The anchor Inn has a position available for an immediate start. The Anchor Inn is one of Port Vila busiest café/bars and the successful applicant will have already held a senior position in the food and beverage industry and will be able to carry out the following duties: |
| | 1) Stock control |
| | 2) Stock taking |
| | 3) Staff rostering and supervision |
| | 4) Cash handling and shift /day end procedures |
| | 5) Ordering stock. |
