| | World Vision Vanuatu is seeking to recruit for the Position of “Area Manager” Tanna Field Office. |
| | Job Description will only be provided to short listed candidate by request, and can be |
| | collected at the World Vision Office in PortVila. |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Must have at least 5 years experience in community development or relief with management experience is preferred. |
| | - A Diploma! Degree in a field related to development and/or management & experience in field research |
| | - Must have a clear understanding of working with major donors; Able to Manage, coordinate and implement development program in Tanna; Be able to manage more than 35 staffs and oversee the daily |
| | operations of the Office |
| | - Assist to coordinate Project staff trainings & development Opportunities to monitor & evaluate budgeted & actual expenditures for each project & submit report to Finance; Must have good interpersonal |
| | skills & cross cultural sensitivity |
| | - Effective in written & oral communication and able to speak and write with a high standard of English; Ability to submit timely narrative reports; Has the ability to work and contribute to team building |
| | environment; Proficient in (Microsoft Word, Excel & E-mail) is a must; Must have Drivers License |
