Based on current funding commitments and contracts, an initial contract will be signed with the successful bidder to only undertake the first phase of the study for the period July 2016- June 2017.

                        Reporting to the Club Captain the Club Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the upkeep of the rowing shed and facilitating the use of the rowing shed by both Club members and by various groups under the different rowing programs run by the Club.

                        The Club Manager will also be responsible for continuing to develop the Port Vila Rowing Club into a healthy and competitive rowing club that respects all club members equally and ensures the welfare and safety of its members and the public at all times.
