Live & Learn Vanuatu seeks suitable candidates to join its Local Advisory Board of Directors (LABOD) to provide strategic direction to Live & Learn Vanuatu’s Country Manager and her staff members. The Board comprises a maximum 9 members including the Chairman/Chairlady and a mix of appointed independent candidates. The current Chairman of LABOD is Edwards Nalyal of

The key roles of the Clinical Capacity Officers will be to:

• Provide ongoing supportive supervision, mentoring and coaching for health facility staff to ensure quality client centred Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (RMNCH) services, particularly for pregnant teens and teenage mothers.

• Contribute to general health facility planning and the Annual Operational Planning Review process.

• Support the development of outreach plans, and support health facility outreach activities in communities

• Support the strategic development and operationalization of the referral system.

• Train and support health facility staff to utilize the Health Information System.
