As this position is full time position, the person is required to perform the followings.

a) Receiving and distributions of letters and parcels

b) Collecting mail bag and parcels from airport at the time of landing

c) Performing Financial Cash Transactions, ie. Western Union and KWIK Cash

d) Maintain office machineries in good condition at all times

e) Keep good records of daily sales and provide information to Port Vila Office weekly

f) Develop healthy communicate with the Team Leader of Rural Operations

g) Ensure security and safety of mails

h) Ensure no shortages of stock

i) Ensure banking is done on a daily basis

j) Other responsibilities as may be required

k) Preferably a person who lives in the area of Solar on Vanua Lava, Banks Group.
