  invoices, compile VAT returns, create invoices, prepare staff rosters,
  stocktaking for restaurant.   Organise
  office: Set up filing system, manage tour and restaurant bookings. This is a responsible, senior role, working directly with Australian owners. The main focus is office management but you may also be greeting guests and assisting in other roles as needed. The possibilities are exciting for the right person. Boat transport provided to/from work. Staff accommodation may be available at Freshwater Planation (depending on family circumstances). For the right person: cost of moving to Santo may be available (if you live in Vila or elsewhere). Freshwater Plantation is open 7 days per week and employs 15 staff. Most work a rostered 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays. We are a beautiful 300 acre cocoa plantation which offers day tours of our caves and plantation as well as lunch at our restaurant: See comments on Trip Advisor, "Aore Island", "Things to Do". |

  experience in similar role.    Advanced Excel, Word, Email skills. Experience with MYOB or similar. We use Xero but experience with any accounting system ok. Excellent English. Excellent telephone skills and techniques. |
