Duties and responsibilities:

1) Involve managing the day to day operation of the housekeeping department

2) Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager

3) Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for cleanliness to meet guest satisfaction

4) Manage a team of supervisors and staffs

5) Responsible for the department schedules

6) Inspect guest rooms and public areas for assurance of the service and quality standards to maintain cleanliness and ensure guest satisfaction

7) Maintaining resort internal procedures

8) Ability to provide training to staffs

9) Maintaining perpetual inventory of supplies and equipment.
