Reporting to the Vanuatu National Provident Fund General Manager, this position will be responsible for the farms daily planning and maintenance, organising and overseeing the ongoing and newly implemented investments as well as supervising ongoing livestock and agriculture activities.

Job Desctiption:
Key role and responsibilities are:
• Management of day-to-day farming operations;
• Strategic management and planning;
• Management of staff;
• Financial management;
• Asset management.
Selection Criteria:
Professional Abilities & Qualification:
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in farming and livestock;
• Minimum Degree in Livestock, Farming and Business Administration or Investment background from a recognised tertiary institution;
• Strong sales, customer relationship and network capabilities;
• Demonstrated successful business development/marketing/sales experience in livestock, farming sound knowledge in risk management policies & procedures;
• Strong analytical, planning, problem solving, negotiations and organizing skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication ability; and
• Inter-personal skills and personal presentation, positive outlook and a strong desire to maintain high standards.
Salary:
An attractive salary commensurate with qualifications and abilities would be negotiated with the successful candidate.
