We are looking for an enthusiastic Graphic Designer/Marketing Assistant experienced in creating visual concepts using graphic design software to produce the overall layout and production design for our advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.

Criteria:

  • Proficient in designing ads using graphic software such as In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook)

  • Able to use marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)
  • Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts

        The Technical Engineer / Project Manager will be reporting to the CEO and the Finance Manager. This is a senior position hand-on and management position also assisting with the company business development and marketing.

        A matured and dynamic Project Engineer and able to work on his own unsupervised on projects and will supervise trainee tradesman to become technicians. He shall be experienced and have foresight to prepare and plan projects budgets.

        This senior manager role will run the day-to-day business activities, liaise with Clients, filter Clients’ debriefing, scopes, delegates and/or action the necessary solutions to achieve successful projects delivery in a timely manner.

        The Technical Manager should be able to manage, train and operate a group of technicians under his direct supervision.

          Save the  Children in Vanuatu seeks highly motivated candidates for Child Protection Programme;
          1 Child Protection Manager (national staff post)

          National Child Protection Manager (national staff post)
          You will provide senior program management and representation for the Child Protection portfolio, as well as practical support to a Child Rights Situational Analysis exercise. Your familiarity with development programmes in Vanuatu, and in particular the local Child Protection context will be essential to your success.
          The successful candidate will have extensive experience working on Child Protection programmes in Vanuatu, with an understanding of child-rights based approaches to development.  You will have a proven track record of developing and delivering training and building the capacity of local partner organisations and their staff.  You will have experience working with donors, including experience in proposal writing and proven representation and advocacy skills, including experience at Cluster meetings. Experience in both development and humanitarian sectors is preferred.

          You will make an impact by:
          • Providing extensive support to the development of an overall national child protection and child safeguarding strategic plan, assisting to strengthen program integration, and networking with relevant Ministries, local Civil Society Organisations and International Non-Government Organisations to create opportunities to collaborate and integrate child protection projects and look for opportunities to support the development of Child Protection initiatives within the county.
          • Developing systems for Child Protection program monitoring, quality improvement, accountability, evaluation and learning, and ensuring that learning and results are captured, shared and used to inform future Child Protection program. 
          Criteria:
          This role requires:
          • Tertiary qualification in social welfare, social science or related field, or extensive related experience
          • Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
          • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work flexible hours
          • Sound understanding of Monitoring and Evaluation processes and methodologies
          • Good knowledge of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and Child Protection legislation
          • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate clearly and effectively at all levels
          • Ability to present complex information in a succinct and compelling manner.

          • Building capacity of local civil society organizations on issues related to Child Protection in Emergencies
          • Actively participating in national level meetings and working groups to coordinate Child Protection activities
