Job Description: 
The Vanuatu Red Cross Society, is seeking applications from dynamic and highly motivated persons to immediately fill up the following position. 

          Criteria:
          • Tertiary qualification in accounting/finance or similar
          • Well organised 
          • Impeccable integrity
          • Able to work well under pressure for extended periods 
          • Strong interpersonal skills

                About the Utilities Regulatory Authority
                The URA was established under the Utilities Regulatory Authority Act No. 11 of 2007.                 The Utilities Regulatory Authority (“the URA”) is seeking to recruit a Senior economist in utility regulation

                The URA is seeking to engage an individual to the position of Senior economist - utility regulation.

                Criteria:

                Successful candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
                • Bachelor’s degree or Advanced degree in economics or business management from an accredited recognized institution
                • 3 years of relevant professional experience as business and economic analyst in a business, Government or Non-Government Organisation where the candidate has proven his/her capabilities in economic and financial analysis
                • Demonstrated team skills
