For example, computer skills, it is not necessary but highly valued. This is a senior role for a very experienced person. The possibilities are exciting. You will report to the head chef and to the co-owner. We are open 7 days a week from 8am to 4pm plus evening meals 1-2 times per week. You will work rostered weekends and public holidays, based on a 5 days per week. If you live in Vila or elsewhere, transport costs may be provided.
