1. Coordinate integrated sector programming for an assigned geographical area (ie. ward, area council, zone, etc. depending on te province) including budgeting, planning, implementation and reporting.

2. Manage Development Facilitators, ensuring deliver of quality services in the community.

3. Work in partnership with communities to ensure that World Vision is delivering relevant quality programs.
