Au Bon Marche is a biggest Company in Port Vila with 7 Retail Shop, 2 Wholesale and 4 Service Station.
Job Desctiption:
Maintain and leverage strong relationships via engagement with key stakeholders including distributors, re-wholesalers, service providers, retail outlets, media suppliers and the health profession.
Understand and develop category strategies
Develop promotional program which drives growth for all stakeholders.
Passionate about delivering flawless in-store execution and field coaching.
Cross-function collaboration to deliver financial and supply chain KPI's.
Supervise and maintain retail operations including management of the merchandising support staff.
Excellent knowledge and execution of administration and reporting requirements.
Selection Criteria:
At least 10 years experience in a Fast Moving & Consumer Goods Company.
Experience in managing a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong working knowledge of Computer Software, Excel, Power Point, Word and Gmail.
Results oriented and high levels of energy.
Planning, organizing and priority management.
Ability work autonomously.
Valid driver's license and clean driver's record.
Remuneration package and other benefits will be negotiated and commensurate with qualification and experience.
