We are looking for a new deputy general manager with experience in corporate law with opportunities to become a partner.

Selection Criteria
Francophone, fluent in English.
Legal Training / Law or related degree.
Cabinet experience (Notary / Lawyer ).
Ability to interact directly with customers.
Curiosity, perseverance, determination, insight and ability to analyse are part of the desired qualities.
Ability to supervise a few employees.
Ambitious and hardworking, rigour and meticulousness, great attention to detail.
Great organizational capacity.
Experience in company law (incorporation of companies, capital increase, manager appointments, approvals of accounts, ratification of capital transactions …).
Transactional experience (real estate transaction, share repurchase, asset repurchase, commercial business transfers, due diligence, protection of buyer and seller interests).
Social qualities and very good customer relations (meetings with customers, commercial sense, participation in meetings of different committees).
Resistance to stress and ability to handle several spots at once sometimes very different from each other.

Selection Criteria
• Previous experience of at least 3 - 5 years working in a busy kitchen
• Have to be punctual, neat and tidy and maintain high level of hygiene
• Should be confident within all sections in a kitchen operations
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• Be very good customer focused
• Have a good understanding of food cost control
• Be able to prepare all food item to order, following standard recipes and procedures with
        specific time limits
• Be able to do preps for BBQ and prepped foods to order and requested temperature

We have expressed interest for the European Union funded technical assistance contract: « Technical Assistance for the Vanuatu Value Chain Programme, reference EuropeAid/139340/DH/SER/VU ». Role of the expert: To support the Department of Finance and Treasury’s Budget Division in its role as coordinating team for the PFM reform plan
Start Date: 1 October 2018 (indicative)

Time input: Long term (50-100% of a full-time assignment)

Selection Criteria
Qualifications and skills:
