Job Description:
Manage the daily operations and activities of all
areas of the food and beverage in a very busy establishment including liaising
with guests, employees, and the community .You'll be managing the overall
operations for all components of the business including the restaurant, bar and
water sporting facilities. Supported by a team of up to 30 local staff employed
across all areas of catering, chefs,
front of house, bar tenders, bookkeeping and grounds keeping.
Must have an outgoing personality and enjoy entertaining, have the ability to
think on their feet, problem solve, and have excellent people and teaching
skills. Experience in living or working in the Pacific Islands or similar would
be a great advantage.

Criteria:
Must also
have:
- Degree in Business or Tourism / Hospitality an advantage
- Excellent culinary skills
- Exceptional
kitchen management, Food Costings ability
- Strong Book keeping ability; and
- Good general maintenance abilities.
