SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination and Leadership:
- Coordinating, managing and monitoring the day to day operations relating to
supply chain, manufacturing and quality assurance of products
- Leading staff, including performance monitoring and feedback
- Improving processes and policies in support of our goals and vision.
Warehousing:
- Managing inventory purchasing with GM
- Coordinating, managing and monitoring local procurement
- Ensuring quality of products by monitoring compliance specifications, rules,
regulations and procedures
- Providing logistics support where necessary
- Support and training for all warehouse staff.
Sales and Marketing Support:
- Lead generation and developing new clients
- Management of company appointed clients, ensuring client development and sales
maximisation
- Menu planning and development utilising Dynamic Inventory products
- Coordination of sampling to support new product marketing and placement of
product nearing expiry or below quality standards to supply our current client
base.
Criteria:
- Current Drivers License
- Current NZ/ AUS Forklift License
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Demonstrated achievements in service delivery, cost management, team
leadership, quality and process improvement
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- First Aid Training
- Previous experience working within a professional Foodservice Distribution or
Supply Chain business Aus/ NZ
- Minimum 5 years working in professional kitchens and demonstrate a high level
of competence in menu design and implementation
- Food safety and Hygiene training/ certification.
