Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant and
bar during scheduled shiftsRecruit, train, motivate, roster and supervise staffCheck daily takings, night audits, reconciliation of accountsManage stock levels, order and shop for restaurant suppliesPut in place any necessary procedures to increase the efficiency and productivity
of the businessLiaise with guests, employees, and the communityAssist with the marketing activities of the restaurant such as promotional
events and functionsCheck that meals produced by the chefs follow the description in the restaurant
menusCheck that high standards are maintained in quality of food, service, hygiene,
health and safetySupported by a team of up to 20 staff employed across all areas of chefs,
waiters, dishwashers, cashiers. 
Criteria: 
Previous experience working in a supervisory role in
hospitalityMust speak fluent English; French and Bislama an advantageExcellent customer service and organizational skillsWell presented; outgoing and friendly personalityAbility to work under minimum supervisionKnowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, create and analyze reports to
increase sales and profitsReliable, honest, trustworthy and well-presented Work any day of the weekEnthusiasticWork well as a team memberOutgoing personality and approachablePatienceBe a Problem solverTraining skillsDrivers License advantage. |  |  |
