The Council wishes to recruit a suitable individual for the position of Chief Warden.

Criteria:
- Be an individual with a Bachelor Degree in Law or Business Administration or equivalent
- Be experienced in this particular Law Enforcement. Application and compliance
- Be knowledgeable of PVMC role and regulations
- Be able to communicate very well in Bislama, English and French
- Be a analytical and practical thinker with outstanding listening, communication and report writing skills
- Be able to work as a team and also possess outstanding leadership qualities
- Be able to work under pressure and also work unsupervised
- Be an individual that respects his or her superior and also commitment to the Council.
