Industry: Government Department Location:  Port Vila, Vanuatu Due Date 15-July-16 Job Description: The Corporate Services Unit of Ministry of Justice and Community Services wishes to recruit a qualified person to the following position: Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer Post No: 100010 Job Level: G Grade: So .5.5 Annual Salary: VT 1,764,000 Location: Port Vila  Criteria: Qualification Bachelor Degree or equivalent relevant experience. Special Business Education Public Policy, Public Administration, Social Sciences (Demography and/or Economics Resource Management), or other relevant field. Experience 3-5 years experience in medium or large scale organisations Monitoring of public sector activities and donor-funded programs Ability to communicate well with Vanuatu and international agencies, including senior GoV officials and donors Understanding of gender and its relevance to monitoring Ability to analyse data and information and prepare analytical reports in Bislama and English Proficient in data and statistical management and able to use information extraction methods Great coordination skills Excellent time management and organisational skills  Great verbal and written communication skills Excellent presentation skills  Computer literate Strong Interviewing and Investigatory skills.
