Qualifications And Profile:
 
University degree in a built environment related discipline
(e.g. Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, information
Management), OR disaster risk management, OR a related field experience in
training and mentoring others.At least three year experience in programme implementation,
(Preferable with exposure in the international aid sector)Liaising and working with a variety of stakeholders such as
government, Institutional, Non-for Profit, Community, Private sector,
institutionalExperience working in Red Cross or Red Crescent National
Society and /or IFRC or ICRCExperience in facilitating and supporting network of
practitioners  
Knowledge and Skills: 
Understanding
of emergency shelter preparedness and response in the pacific contextDemonstrated
