Job Description:
The Supervisor Warehouse Vanuatu Brewing Ltd Santo
Branch is responsible for managing the sales turnover and stock management as
well as all administration duties.
DIMENSION OF THE POSITION:
The Santo Regional duties are composed of 4 responsibilities:
- Warehouse supervisor: sales, stock, shop presentation, open for business
- Staff supervision: Rosters, deliveries, organisational duties
- Customers account management: sales and debt collection
- Administration: Book keeping for all customers account, Manage petty cash and
report to Financial Controller, daily banking.
Materials include:
- Fridges
- Draft beer machines

Criteria:
- Must be experienced in beverage industry and
experience in sales is a plus
- Must have some background in administration
PROFILE:
- Supervision: Must be a good communicator and sensitive to customer
requirements. Must be able to oversee the general day to day operation of the
shop and carry all relevant administration duties to ensure cash and account
balancing are well maintained
- Must ensure stock is always available and priced accordingly for easy and clear
sales approach.
- Must be confident and ensure good communication is always maintained to both
management and colleagues alike.
