Job Description:


Telecom Vanuatu Limited is looking for a Mobile Repair Technician.

 Missions
To play a key role in improving the customer service of Telecom Vanuatu limited. Dedicated to assist customers and repair the mobile phones / devices purchased from us within the agreed time frame and SLA set with the customer.
Activities
  • Performs all repairs, rework, test and documentation steps necessary to proceed
  • Troubleshoots down to the component level, repairs and documents all failures
  • Responsible for fault finding, repair, service and installation of mechanical
  • Refurbishes mobile phones, wireless
  •  Repair to include: Hardware level 1, 2, & 3 including Software Applications.
  • Implements locking/unlocking, language change and profiling of mobiles
  • Disassemble/reassemble down to board and component levels
  • Repairs accurately
  • Handles customer requests for technical assistance
  • Operates to required Company standard
  • Complete repairs to the required standard and returns them within the designated period
  • Assists in workshop maintenance to ensure a clean and healthy CSP environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
        Criteria:
        Knowledge
        • Diploma in Electronics Technology or equivalent
        • Two to three years’ experience within the repair environment
