Job Description:
We are looking for suitable person for this position as a Business
Development Officer.
Live & Learn is a local non- government organisation aiming to
reduce poverty and foster greater understanding and action towards a
sustainable future through education, community mobilization and
supportive partnerships.

Criteria:
- The
successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in related work
- Preferably
in sanitation, agriculture, market studies, and value chain or enterprise
development Experience on community leadership & engagement using
participatory action research tools and in facilitating community training and
workshops will be valuable
- Hands-on
experience in business development, design, monitoring and evaluation of
development projects and programmes, will be an added advantage
- We
seek extensive experience on community engagement using participatory action
research tools and in facilitating community training and workshops
- Experience in developing and strengthening
partnerships within the Government and NGO community will be an added advantage
and hands-on experience in design, monitoring and evaluation of development
projects and programmes
- Experience
in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS office) and be able
to speak fluent Bislama and proficient oral and written English
- Bachelor’s
Degree in any one of the following or related fields including Business
Studies, Marketing, and Commerce, Geography, Environment, Climate Change,
Development & Social Studies, Education, Water & Hygiene or related
field is required

The
successful candidate will be required to undertake a police check.
