Job Description:
Wantok Network Ltd is looking for a suitably qualified person to oversee its network infrastructure.
Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing technical system operations, and maintenance of IP infrastructure.
• Ensuring high availability and reliability of the network
• Recommending and implementing upgrades to networks and customer environments whilst minimising downtime.
• Support the Sales and Technical teams.
Criteria:
• Knowledge of data communications, including an in depth understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, protocols, wireless technologies and VOIP
• Previous networking experience in a telecommunications or ISP environment.
• Previous experience managing Internet connectivity .
• Effective communication and management skills.
