Job Description:
The Vanuatu Police Force is advertising the position of the Manager Planning & Policy in the Corporate Service Unit, Vansec House, Port Vila.
The Manager Planning & Policy will be responsible for:
- The overall coordination of all projects proposals and VPF donor partner meetings
- Provide advice to the Director CSU, VPF Commissioner and Executive on all strategic planning, Business Plan, Policies and Project submissions.
- Monitoring and evaluating all Business Plans and analysts of all reporting.
- Submission of all annual reports to the Government through the Director CSU/Commissioner's office.
- Preparing agendas and recording minutes of Policing Business & Donors Partners.

Criteria:
Qualification
- Degree in Policing, Management or any related field
Experience
- Four to seven years of work experience in the area of Planning and Policy, preferably in a Government of Vanuatu department or Agency
- Well-developed knowledge, innovative, analytic, creative and eager to work with many stakeholders.
- Ability to develop policies, monitor and evaluate reporting and review work processes.
- Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Word and Power point
- Must have good writing skills, presentive and oral communication skills.
- Must have good public relations character profile and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to meet time frame in the completion of various task.
Good Character
- Good character and high level of integrity and good communication skills.
- Must be cooperative and be able to work as a team with other people.
Language
- English or French and Bislama are desirable.
