Job Description:
The Espiritu Hotel is currently seeking the service of an exceptional individual to fill in the position of Receptionist.
Roles/Responsiblities:
- Meet and greet guests
- Assisting with customer requirements
- Arranging guests activities and tour bookings
- Answering telephone calls
- Receiving and replying emails
- Cash and credit card machine handling
- Data Entry
- Banking
The successful candidate will be assessed as per below:
Criteria:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as hotel Receptionist or a similar role
- Must be willing to work all days in a week and at anytime
- Excellent computer skills required
- Must be fluent in English.
