| | - Bachelor of law (LL.B.) with 1 to 5 years' legal experience. |
| | - Bilingual English-French; ability to read, write and speak is essential. |
| | - Knowledge of French and English legal terminology. |
| | - Must have excellent legal research and analytical skills. |
| | - Must have a high degree of professionalism and handle confidential information with discretion. |
| | - Exceptional time management skills a must; |
| | - Handle special projects as needed. |
| | - Flexibility for over time as needed. |
