| | The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for: |
| | - Preparing advice for the Commander CSU, the VPF Commissioner and Executive on all people management strategic, Policy And processing aspects. |
| | - Leading a of human resorce officers in delivering the Review recommendations across the whole range of human resource services; and |
| | - Developing, training and mentoring members of the team. |

| | Successful candidate should demonstsrate the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | -Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management/ Training; |
| | - A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a senior human resource management role, preferably in a Government of vanuatu department or agency; |
| | - Well-developed knowledge and experience in the principal human resource functions including: organizational structures, establishment and vaccancies, performance appraisal, recruitment,promoting and selection, |
| | personnel management processes, recreation leave and welfare; |
| | - A sound knowledge of Vanuatu Government Smart stream HRMIS and Leave systems; |
| | - Ability to develop personnel policy and review and improve personnel processes; |
| | - Excellent communication and liaision skills; |
| | - A recognized tertiary qualification in human resource managment and/ substaintially completed relevant HRM studies; |
| | - Must be a computer literate with excellent skills in Access and Excel database anlysis; |
| | - Must understand the legislative requirement in the cap 105, Police orders and Cap 105, Police orders and VNPF policy requirements. |
