| | The Reserve Bank of Vanuatu invites applications for the position of Secretary to the Corporate Services Department of the Bank, to be engaged on a permenant basis. The position reports directly to the Director of the Corporate Services Department. |

| | The main duties of the role include: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Being responsible for the Department's mailing and coding system; includes handling all incoming mails and responsible for dispatching of outgoing mails; |
| | - Handling all incoming and outgoing telephone calls of the Department; |
| | - Demonstrates ability to arrange and organize appoinments and meetings on behalf of Director and the Department's Managers; |
| | - Scheduling and meeting visitors on official business to the Department reps and liaising with appropriate personnel of external agenciesl; |
| | - Fulfil role of secretary to take minutes in department wide meetings; |
| | - Understand and know the role of a custodian of departmental documents and record; |
| | - Can be trusted in matters of confidentiality; |
| | - Has ability to create and maintain database and spread sheets for the deparment; |
| | - Carrry out other duties as assigned from time to time; |
