The position reports directly to the Manager of the property and Assests Unit, in the Corporate Service Department. He/she will be required to handle all physical housekeeping matters of the Bank and ensuring that the Bank's offices are displaying a |

| | The main duties of the position include: |
| | - Clean Offices, conference room, ablutions, corridor, stairwells. |
| | - Prep and oversee conference/meeting set ups; |
| | - Dust furniture and office euipment where necessary. |
| | - Prepare tea/coffee for staff and meetings as required |
| | - Replenish and monitor kitchen/toilet supplies. |
| | - Carry out other duties as assigned from time to time. |

| | Successful candidate should demonstrate the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Applicant should be self starter and demonstrate ability to work under minimum supervision; |
| | - Have strong interpersonal and communication skills. |
