| | The candidaye must adhere to the following criteria: |

| | - Must have at least 5 years experience in a similar position. |
| | - Must be a good Team Leader. |
| | - Must have experience in Management. |
| | - Veterinarian by trade would be an advantage. |
| | - Must be a computer literate. |
| | - Must have in possession of a valid driving license. |
| | - Must be fluent in English and french would be an advantage. |
| | - Must ensure that the highest standard are maintained in the birds welfare, Flock Performance and Egg quality. |
| | - Must Ensure that the Highest Site Standards are maintained and the Enviroment Policy is adhered to while operating effectively the company Health Safety Policy. |
