|  | In partnership with the Ministry of Education, World Vision Vanuatu is recruiting qualified people to join the vanuatu Government's Strengthening Early Childhood Care and Education program. This is a three year program supported by the governments of Vanuatu, Australia and New Zeland. These positions will be based in Malekula and Port Vila. | 
|  | The Key functions of this role are: | 
|  | - Work in close collaboration with the VESP ( Vanuatu Education Strengthening Program) Monitoring and Evaluation Adviser. | 
|  | - Lead the SECCE baseline assessment and monitoring ongoing progress against the agreed Results Management Framework. | 
|  | - Strengthen the capacity of key teachers and community coordinators to effectively monitor the SECCE program. | 
|  |  | 
|  | The ideal candidate should: | 
|  | Criteria: | 
|  | a) Have a tertiary Degree or higer education qualification; | 
|  | b) Have at least two years' experience in monitoring and evaluation of development projects; | 
|  | c) Process strong statistical and analytial skills; | 
|  | d) Be able to prioritize and handle multiple task; | 
|  | e) Be willing to learn and apply new concepts/Knowledge; | 
|  | f) Be willing to develop the capacity of staff; | 
|  | g) Have excellent written and verbal communicating skills; | 
|  | h) Be able to build strong working relationship; | 
|  | i) Be computer literate |
