| | To promote the Australian aid program in Vanuatu through increased transparency, strengthened relationships and strategic partnerships with Vanuatu media and other stakeholders. |

| | - Must have extensive experience in public affairs and or journalism; Experience working in the Pacific; Excellent English speaking and writing skills |
| | - Have a strong knowledge and understanding of Australian Government and/or the AusAID program |
| | - Effective Bislama speaking and writing skills |
| | - Video and photography skills. |
