|  | Our client is seeking a dynamic individual as the new Operations Manager for the Vanuatu Netball Association, a national sports association that is making a significant to the lives of women and girls across Vanuatu. |

|  | Please note that this is a senior role heading up a national organisation with a salary that reflects the demands of the job. | 
|  | Interested applicant must possess the following: | 
|  | Criteria: | 
|  | - Five years work experience preferably at a senior level; Have strong business/managerial skills, perhaps with a marketing or promotional background; Previously managed staff and projects | 
|  | - Possess excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and make decisions; Be a good communicator and negotiator, familiar with working with a board and formal governance | 
|  | - Be familiar with following formal financial procedures and grant processes. | 
|  | Salary: | 
|  | Up to 2 million Vatu per annum based on qualifications and experience | 
|  | Language: | 
|  | Bislama, English |
