| | - 10 years minimum experience in telecommunication; Relevant degree qualification; Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team; Demonstrated management & leadership, ethical judgment, |
| | advanced communications skills |
| | - Highly motivated & initiative driven; Ability to contribute culturally & professionally in an emerging sector and developing nation. |
