| | Applications are invited from current Air Vanuatu (Operations) Limited for the position of Training & Agents Coordinator within the Domestic Network throughout Vanuatu. The position is based at Bauerfield Domestic Airport, Port Vila, Vanuatu. |

| | The position will have a duel reporting line to Manager Human Resources and General Manager Sales & Marketing. |
| | Applicants must be suitably qualified for this position and meet the following requirements: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Must be able to train the domestic ramp staff at Vila, Santo and Tanna as well as the outer island ports; Look after the fuel positioning/storage/control on Tanna, Gaua and Sola & liaising with ship |
| | owners/fuel suppliers; |
| | - Full understanding in day to day airport operations;Undertake the scale calibration and control in outer island ports and liaise with AVL for scales in Vila, Santo and Tanna; |
| | - Develop training modules and hand outs on training with outer islands agents and keep records; Undertake regular audit checks for sales and finance with outer island agents; Demonstrated |
| | experience in handling airport issues and needs |
| | - Excellent oral, written and communication skills; Excellent computer & administration skills |
| | - Ability to work seven (7) days-twenty-four (24) hour rotational shift; Must be able to provide police clearance and a medical report declaring fit for all duties. |
