| | Trade Air Engineering (Pacific) is a specialist mechanical service contractor with operation based in Vanuatu. |
| | We are seeking application from suitably qualified person for the position of Senior Accountant. |
| | Duties and Responsibilities: |
| | 1) Direct, record and monitor all incoming and out going calls include e-net enquiries |
| | 2) Create, keep and maintain database record of new and existing customers and suppliers in Vanuatu, Solomon Islands |
| | 3) Organize and create client e-mail database for Vanuatu and the Pacific Island countries |
| | 4) Maintain daily financial records for accounting and recording purposes |
| | 5) Preparations of Vat returns and report in schedule to Manager Finance on fortnightly basis |
| | 6) Keep track record of materials purchased and issues with FIFO method |
| | 7) Knowledge of preparing payroll in MYOB |
| | 8) Preparation of bank receipts and reconciling |
| | 9) Keep track record of all vehicle movement, fitness, insurance, maintenance including drivers and validity of licenses. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Certificate in MYOB accounting from a recognised institution; Excellent working knowledge of computerized accounting systems and microsoft applications; Self motivated and good organizational |
| | - Good command of english language required; Clean drivers license (G2); Post secondary school certificate with at least 4 years relevant experience in the similar field with a show of responsibility |
| | - Possess good organizational skills; Must be familiar with microsoft application. |
