| | - Must be a computer literate in word and excel, pms system and emailing-outlook express; Good command of written and spoken english and french would be an advantage; Prior experience or |
| | knowledge in this area an advantage but not a requirement |
| | - Knowledge on room inventory; Good follow up skills, able to set up and follow a trace system, with keen attention datelines on various correspondences; Good public relations skills as he/she will be |
| | interacting with staff and guest in respect of department enquiries |
| | - Assist in typing up of reports and submission, with attention to datelines on various correspondences; Very good telephone etiquette; A team player, able to work the flexible hours when necessary. |
