| | 1) Undertake situation analysis of farming activities, main actors in the system, constrains to market access |
| | 2) Facilitate project objectives in the area of improvement of farmers capacities in production, proccessing, finance & marketing |
| | 3) Assist farmers in overcoming contraints to access market opportunities in luganville & port vila |
| | 4) Facilitate the establishment of a market faciliator secretariat invloving value chain actors and support services. |

| | - Has agriculture background & experience for at least 5 years; Good knowledge of farming practices, opportunities and constraints in sanma province; Very good experience in community facilitation |
