| | Applications are invited for the positions of Reginald Flight Attendant located at Bauerfield Airport, Port Vila, Vanuatu. All applications must include a full length photograph of the applicant. Only those staff whose qualifications and experience met the criteria for the position will be considered for an interview. |
| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) The position is within the flight operations department reporting to the manager cabin services through to the General Manager Flight Operations – International |
| | Provide outstanding customer service to all passengers travelling on any Air Vanuatu regional aircraft |
| | 2) Co-operate with other team members and department for the benefits of the passenger |
| | 3) Interact with all passengers in a friendly, efficient professional manner |
| | 4) Provided consistent and excellent customer service by demonstrating effective listening skills and perception when talking to passengers, isolating anticipating and managing issues and suggesting appropriate alternatives to maximise operational opportunities |
| | 5) Comply with occupational health and safety and security legislations and procedures in the workplace |
| | 6) Comply with company service standards and divisional/departmental service standards. |

| | - Ability to work as party of a team and work a 7 day/24 hour rotational shift roster; High standards of personal presentation and a willingness to wear the company uniform to set standards; A strong |

| | understand written technical manuals, and must demonstrate a high level of french conversational ability |
| | - Ability to hold an aviation security identification cards (ASIC) and obtain a valid passport; Ability to meet corporate and divisional/departmental service standards. |
